Vote for Shared Recreation Services with LSDs and Fredericton City

Mark June 19th at 7Pm For the Vote on the "Joint Proposal for a Shared Recreation Services Agreement Between the City of Fredericton and Neighboring Local Service Districts (LSDs)".

The vote will be held Keswick Ridge Community Centre, 86 Route 616.

A cost sharing proposal has been developed by representatives of the affected LSDs and City of Fredericton officials, under the facilitation of the New Brunswick Department of Local Government. Great effort was given to achieving a fair cost sharing arrangement. As a participating LSD, Keswick Ridge residents now have the important decision of either accepting or rejecting the proposed shared recreation agreement.

All households should have received an information document in your mailbox. The document provides an overview of the proposed agreement and outlines the voting process that will take place to measure the support for this initiative.

If you have not received the document you can view it at http://www.gnb.ca/0370/0009-e.pdf or for questions please direct them to either
